Weekend
Over the weekend, Don & I decided we had had enough of the house. We had date night on Saturday, ate a great dinner at the Spaghetti Factory and then walked around down town. It was warm but we had a great time. Downtown Indianapolis is a busy place. We got up on Sunday and drove to Linton to see if we could find the spoonbill bird that was supposed to be there. We didn't see it but while we were down that way we went to Shakamak State Park. As far as I can remember, we had never been there. What a nice park. It was a nice, fun weekend. Even though we still have house problems and did lots of work on the house before having our break, I am so thankful we took a step away from it. So, what was your weekend like? I hope it was as good as mine. :)

that's awesome! we were in the pool all weekend little ava was so worn out she fell asleep at 7 last night and I had to wake her up this morning.
Sounds like a great time!! Is the spaghetti factory good? I've never been there. We had lots of fun in the sun this weekend! We went to my parents' neighborhood pool for a swim on Saturday and then just set up our little backyard pools for the kiddos on Sunday!! Lots of fun! We are planning on going camping at McCormick's Creek SP this weekend as long as the State can pass a budget and not shut the DNR and State Parks down.
